Board of Directors Roles
President: Our President leads the club, presides over meetings, and oversees the Board of Directors. They ensure committees operate within our Constitution and support their functions.
Vice President: Stepping in when needed, our Vice President fulfills the President's duties in their absence. They ensure smooth operations and may appoint a temporary chairman if both the President and Vice President are unavailable.
Secretary: Responsible for keeping meticulous records, our Secretary maintains meeting minutes, committee appointments, and membership lists. They help keep our club organized and informed.
Treasurer: Our Treasurer manages the club's finances, receiving and depositing funds, and authorizing payments as directed by the Board. They maintain accurate financial records, provide regular reports to members, and ensure transparency and accountability.
